Located south of the city of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, are the boroughs of Brentwood, Baldwin and Whitehall. These are largely residential communities with areas of small local businesses. Although the boroughs border each other, each has independent police, fire, public works departments and library services. The area supports two school districts; Brentwood and Baldwin-Whitehall.

SCORE

SCORE is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to helping small business succeed by providing workshops on a variety of topics relevant to small business and free confidential mentoring.

As a national organization, SCORE is over 50 years old and has over 400 local chapters with nearly 10,000 members. The Pittsburgh SCORE chapter is a charter chapter of the national organization and has 50 members eager to serve the small business community on our area.
