Promoting business and professional growth

Since its founding in 1959, The Brentwood Baldwin Whitehall Chamber of Commerce has worked to promote every business within our Chamber. Our vision has always been to make our community a better place to live, shop, and do business. As business people, we come together and reach out to every aspect of the community. We sponsor activities to inform residents and businesses of our goods and services. Our luncheons, dinners, and mixers, give us an opportunity to discuss our needs, present our products and services, and discover what others have to offer.

In addition to keeping you advised of local, state, and federal government activities that affect business issues, we unite to influence government decisions and interventions that affect the business climate. We come together to solve problems and address barriers to our prosperity. We cooperate with school districts and all the organizations within them. We assist other civic and municipal organizations, and we honor the families who in turn support our businesses.

2019 Chamber Educational Grant

The 2019 Brentwood Baldwin Whitehall Chamber of Commerce Educational Grants (two, one-time, $1,000 grants) will be presented to a senior student from the Baldwin High School and a senior student from the Brentwood High School.

 

The Chamber mission includes making our communities a better place to live, work and plan. The Chamber is seeking students in good standing that exhibit these qualities. Candidates for the grant should demonstrate exceptional accomplishments in a wide range of endeavors both inside and outside of school. This grant is intended to recognize achievements in school, business activities and/or voluntary service to the community. Learn more - Grant Application

General Meeting

The BBW Chamber will hold a General Meeting on Thursday, Februry 7th noon, at South Hills Country Club, 4305 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

Registration starts at 11:30

Lunch program will start promptly at noon

 Workplace Wellness Summit

Our panel of speakers will share tips and ideas on how you and your employees can work healthier and be more productive. From Yoga and Chiropractic Care, to the science of sitting & how to make your personal workspace healthier, to examples of a workplace wellness program in action, this summit will give all attendees ideas to make changes towards improving their own health as well as their employees.

Women's Networking Luncheon

The monthly luncheon meeting of the Women’s Networking of the Brentwood Baldwin Whitehall Chamber of Commerce will meet on Friday, February 8, noon at South Hills Country Club. Guest Speaker: Sigi “C.G.” Loya, President of The Hormone Center, a holistic medical practice.
